I’ve always enjoyed being active, learning new skills, and exploring areas such as anatomy, physiology and psychology.I enjoy communicating and providing people with practical solutions and helping them to get the most out of life.

My first exposure to fitness culture was through my father. He started weight training at age 13 and continued throughout his life. He was “70’s Big” and I loved to hang off his big arms when I was little.
I remember when I was about 7 years old, him taking me to the gym and telling me the importance of correct form in the alternating dumbbell curl, and how results came from discipline and consistency.
He also instilled in me the idea of “sound body, sound mind” and that taking care of your health was essential for living a quality life.
