Our group classes are for you if you are looking for general fitness, a team player, and thrive in a social environment. It’s kind of like playing a sport and a coach is there to guide you through the workouts.
CrossFit Group Class
This is classic CrossFit: Core Strength and Conditioning.
Some days you will lift heavy weights. Some days you will practice challenging but fun bodyweight gymnastic skills.
Some days you’ll perform workouts that have a mixture of anything you can think of.
Small Group Training
Small Group Training is for you if you’d like a personalized touch, but don’t want to go at it completely alone.
You and a friend or three can share your journey in the pursuit of greater fitness with the guidance of a coach.
