Hi, my name is Otoya. I am a fitness coach who uses exercises as a means to teach mindfulness to people who are interested in making a perpetual change in their external lives whether their goal is losing weight, becoming healthier, becoming fitter, or just becoming a better human being.
I am a father of two. I myself once was overweight and trying to solve it by changing the external placement of things, like doing more exercises, eating better and less, and sleeping better.
However, it was always very difficult.
Once in a while, I finally made it and I thought I got the results I wanted but it had never lasted so long. I had struggled for a long time and took me a life-changing event to notice why. I was ignoring a problem that I had within.
The biggest obstacle in my life that needs to be solved before anything, “Deep underlying dissatisfaction and Unhappiness.”
Since I started facing the true challenge, I have lost 20kg. Now, I am in the best shape in my life physically, mentally and spiritually.
