I am passionate about helping others who are interested in health and wellness, and I love seeing their smiles.
At a young age, I learned fitness by swimming, cheerleading, and basketball clubs. I had never trained at a gym until I started CrossFit in 2011, and I couldn't even do a single push-up.
l joined Chikara and started to seriously diet and exercise since then. Through it, I was informed how much I had been unhealthy both physically and mentally.
I have now published two Paleo diet books and am enjoying life with good health. I would love to share this amazing experience with you and help you find your brilliance as well.
