Starting from May 6th, we will be increasing the maximum class size to 10 people.  

Before COVID we operated classes with 12 people in just the main gym area.  

Increasing the class size to 10 people using the entire gym area allows us to continue providing you high quality training in a safe environment.

Changes to Class Flow and Programming

In order to accommodate this, we will return to the sharing of equipment.

For barbell strength training, this will mean that small groups will share a rack and bar, and help change plates.

In conditioning workouts and WODs, you will see more partner workouts, alternating work/rest intervals, and splits where two groups are doing separate parts of the daily program.

If you already have a gym bestie, awesome! You get to workout together more!

Otherwise, this will give you the chance to get to know other members, and improve the fun community element of CrossFit training that we had to restrict for the past few years.

Registration
Registration for 10-person classes will begin Saturday May 6th. 

Anyone that was on the waitlist with the 8-person class limit will automatically be added to the class, be sure to check your booking status.
